Steve Fahrenthold has been a mortgage banker in Atlanta for 5 years and has closed over $100 million in residential mortgages. Steve maintains a comprehensive knowledge of Brand’s growing list of loan product offerings. Staying current with loan options and products, taking the time to educate his clients so they can make informed decisions, and making the loan process a worry free experience, are Steve’s primary goals in his business. Steve’s strong product knowledge, deep understanding of credit, and creative nature allow him the ability to “think out of the box” to insure his clients have the best loan product to fit their needs. With customer service a top priority, Steve makes himself available to his clients 7 days a week.
Steve is originally from Houston, Texas and is a graduate of the University of Houston. He moved to Atlanta in 1999 and enjoys spending his free time boating and in the great outdoors with his family.
